Free delivery and setup includes one trip to the specified delivery location located within 50 odometer miles from the nearest Summit Portable Buildings, LLC Sales Center. Free delivery and setup includes ONE TRIP, additional trips will incur additional CHARGES to the customer. First 50 miles Free Delivery From Dealer Lot Thereafter $3.50 Per Mile for up to 12' Wide, $4.50 Per Mile for 14' Wide, &amp; $6.00 Per Mile for 16' Wide. Payable on Delivery or before. All Buildings Measured to Eave due to DOT Permitting specifications. Set-up includes placing the portable building on your level site by the delivery driver; or if not level, see next paragraph. Delivery Site Prep Requirements: Delivery site needs to be no more than 24'' out of level for buildings up to 32' long. If more than 24'' out of level, a flat fee of $250.00 will apply + $100/hr. for anything after 2 hours from time of arrival to block and level and all warranties will be null and void. Any building 40' and longer requires a level concrete pad or gravel pad no more than 3'' out of level. If pad is more than 3'' out of level a flat fee of $250.00 will apply + $100/hr. for anything after 2 hours from time of arrival to block and level and all warranties will be null and void. Customer is responsible for removal of tree stumps, tree limbs, barriers, and any obstacles that would hinder delivery and setup. A path at least 2' wider than building and 17' high should be cleared to allow for building to pass thru. A wider path is required if straight path is not possible. Buyer agrees to provide a clear, unobstructed access to building site. At time of delivery, if driver judges he cannot deliver building because of obstructions, safety concerns, or inadequate site prep, delivery may be refused and a $300.00 charge applies. Used Concrete Blocks will void warranty.Buildings are set at grade with ‘treated wood shims’ used to level the building. If the structure settles on a rock pad or blocks after being loaded with belongings this is not a warranty issue. Simply re-adjusting shims will resolve this issue. If the driver is needed to go back to re-adjust shims or re level there will be a service charge that is the responsibility of the customer pay the driver. Concrete pads are the most ideal foundation and will not settle like block foundations but are not required.There must be enough space for not only the building but also the truck and the trailer. There are some things to consider for the delivery of your building. The truck and trailer that will be delivering your building may exceed 75’ in length and when loaded with your building may exceed 15.6’ in height. Low ranch gates may cause issues for the driver when entering the property. Low power lines and telephone line must be considered for the delivery of the building also. Adequate clearances require a minimum of four feet from any other structure or property line on any side of the portable building, and overhead clearance equal to the height of the portable building plus five feet. If the driver determines that there is not enough space, arrangements for another location must be made by the customer.If another trip is necessary to make delivery, the customer will bear the entire cost of the subsequent delivery at the cost of $3.50 per mile (one way). (Please note that in most cases the truck and trailer are driven to the final building resting place. We have small machine that will move your building into he final spot. RENT TO OWN is simply a rent payment each month that allows you to have a storage shed, garage, cabin, animal shelter, dog kennel or swing set for your backyard or business, when and where you need it. Once you make the last payment the ownership transfers from the Rental Company to you as the consumer.
